Who we are
Evident Health is a trading name of Precision Metabolic Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17278437), with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. Precision Metabolic Health Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
The information we collect
At this stage, Evident Health operates an informational website and does not take online bookings or payments. We may collect personal information when you contact us directly, including:
- Your name and contact details, when you email or enquire
- The content of any correspondence you send us
- Basic, anonymised website analytics, where used, to understand how the site is found and read
If you go on to work with the practice, a separate and more detailed privacy notice will be provided covering the health and genomic information involved in that work.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about the practice, and to keep appropriate records of that correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Lawful basis
Where we process your personal data, we do so on the basis of your consent (when you choose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the practice. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Special category data
Health and genomic information is special category data under UK GDPR and is treated with particular care. The website is deliberately designed not to collect it. Should you share such information in the course of working with the practice, it will be handled under the separate client privacy notice, with explicit consent, secure storage, and clear retention limits.
How long we keep it
General enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record. Client clinical records, where they exist, are retained securely for a minimum period in line with professional standards (currently eight years from the last contact), after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
Third parties
The website is hosted by Netlify, and email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.
